Loin de là
Piece for 6 dancers and 1 musician | outdoor | 50 minutes
Loin de là is located at the slack water, this short moment when the tide is stationary, a suspension, a breath, in the ebb and flow of the tides. The performance space is infinite, as vast as the eye can grasp. The dancers are small characters lost in this immensity. As if arriving from nowhere, on accordion tunes, they tell a story of wind, of the horizon, of the expectation of a return from the sea, of treasures brought by the tide.
